Senior Cognitive Behavioural Therapist – National Talking Therapies Service (NHS):

As a Senior CBT Therapist in a high-demand, fast-paced environment, I deliver effective clinical interventions to clients with a wide range of mental health difficulties, including anxiety, depression, PTSD, and OCD. As a senior member of the leadership team I play a crucial role in enhancing patient pathways and improving service delivery, to facilitate increased efficiency and patient satisfaction within the service.

Deputy Clinical Lead – National Talking Therapies Service (NHS)

Leadership & Strategic Oversight:

I support the clinical operations of the service, ensuring adherence to NHS standards while optimising team performance.

Supervision & Development:

I provide clinical supervision to both experienced and trainee CBT therapists, including doctoral clinical psychology trainees.

Clinical Training & Skills Development:

I deliver training sessions and workshops to enhance clinicians’ therapeutic skills, ensuring the team remain up-to-date with the latest evidence-based practices and guidelines.

Service Management:
